This concept map explains the processes and websites involved in a planned project. Covering interactions and paths in a simplified way.

Concept map

A promotional / competition website campaign required interaction between client created websites, social networking sites and users, this concept map was put together to help clarify their relationships.

Solution

Working with the project sponsors, and strategy team we outlined the processes needed for the campaign and then design a way to show these processes and relationships to the client. I then design this concept map to present the ideas we discussed.

Results

The client was happy with the competition process and signed off.
